We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Our Services

PawCare provides veterinary services, grooming, pet products, and related services. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Limit availability of services based on demand.

3. Orders & Payments

When placing an order through our website or in-clinic:

• All prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major payment methods.
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
• Lahore orders may qualify for same-day or next-day delivery.
• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Our return policy:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products.
• Items must be in original packaging with receipt.
• Perishable items (food, medicines) are non-returnable once opened.
• Grooming and veterinary services are non-refundable once rendered.
• For defective or wrong items, we will replace or refund at no cost.

6. Veterinary Disclaimer

While we strive for the best outcomes, veterinary medicine involves inherent risks. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from treatments where proper consent was obtained and standard care was exercised.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Vet Clinic and protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawCare / Vet Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
